Ask us to delete the data held from your WhatsApp conversation with a business.

When you message a business’s WhatsApp number that uses Operion, Operion holds your messages and details for that business. The privacy policy says what.
How to ask
Email privacy@precurion.com with the subject “WhatsApp data deletion” and include:
- The phone number you used on WhatsApp, with its country code
- The business you wrote to, if you know it
- What you want deleted: everything, or a particular message or file
There is no automatic deletion tool: you ask by email.
What a request is about
Your request is about the data Operion holds from your conversation: your phone number and profile name, your messages and files, the details you gave about your enquiry, and the replies sent to you. The privacy policy’s retention terms apply, including where retention is required by law.
What it does not cover
Operion cannot delete the messages on your own phone or the copies WhatsApp and Meta hold. Those follow WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
