What Operion is
Operion is a CRM whose AI agents do the work on each deal. They read the deal’s documents, build the model and draft the documents the deal needs. Every figure links back to the page it came from, and your team reviews the work.
Core concepts
Transactions
Each deal is a transaction. It holds the deal’s documents, the figures taken from them and the work drafted on it. Your workspace also keeps the companies, people and assets your deals involve.
Agents
An agent does the work on a transaction. Creating a transaction starts one, and New agent on Home starts another. You describe what you need in plain words.
Documents
Attach documents when you create a transaction, or add them later. Operion reads PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, PowerPoint and OpenDocument files, emails (.eml and .msg), images, text, Markdown, HTML, JSON and ZIP archives.
Outputs
What the agents draft, Word documents and Excel spreadsheets, is kept under Outputs. You edit them in Operion and download them.
Review
Each figure Operion takes from a document shows its source and who verified it: an Operion agent, or a named person on your team with the time. Review opens the figure’s verification history.
Getting started
Access
Access is by invitation. We set up your workspace and invite your team. To start, book a working demo or email support@precurion.com.
Signing in
Sign in with your work email. We email you a one-time code to enter. There is no password.
Your first deal
Choose New transaction, give it a title, describe what you want done and attach the deal’s documents. Operion creates the transaction and an agent starts on it.
Security and data
- Operion’s services and databases run on Amazon Web Services: in us-east-1 for US customers and eu-west-1 for EU customers.
- Connections to Operion use HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or later.
- Databases, caches and backups are encrypted at rest with AWS Key Management Service.
- Only people invited to your workspace can sign in.
- Our staff reach our cloud accounts through single sign-on.
- Content you upload is not used to train or fine-tune AI models.
